Hi all,
Sorry I really need to have a moan about Adrian Flux, and see if anyone else has had bad experiences with them.
I went online and got a quote, and they were the best price and all the extra bits. Went with them paid in full, and then the trouble started.
They phoned me the following morning, saying I had not declared a crash. I explained the accident was over five years ago, and non fault. Went into all the details, and their response was well the police updated the Trent database in 2019 so that's when the crash happened!!! They then put it down as a at fault crash, when my car was parked with no driver in it!! In his next breath he said it will be an extra £147, and a different insurer.
Ok I thought, as picking MH up the next day and want it sorted out. Paid the extra and he said I will get emails regarding anything I needed to do. Got in from work that night to a load of emails, asking me to go onto their portal and complete some document sending requests. I did them straight away licence codes, numbers, car NCD proof letter, and picture of mileage for MH. This was on 26th August, today I have had a letter telling me I haven't sent any of the details requested and must do it within 14 days. I have done it again, and told them not impressed they lost the first details sent.
Really unimpressed with the company, and their representatives seem badly trained and brain dead. Needed a good rant, and feeling bit better now!
What have others experiences been and any other insurers worth looking at next year? (possibly this year if they mess up again)
