Adria Twin 22 models first arrival dates?

Our 600 SPB was due in November and is now at the dealer. We hope to pick it up on February 3rd.

Well done Ermintrude. Ours was due November too but now with the new Adria system it’s guesstimate arrival is 29/3.

Could you please clarify the below questions to help me guess whether mine may come earlier.

When did you order it

Did you have to change the colour to a non metallic one in October time

Were you ever given a new date under the new Adria system, if so when was it due

much appreciated, regards Roy

I'm afraid that I can't give you a very helpful answer. The dealer had ordered it on spec, I don't know when. It met our wishlist, so we reserved it just after the Adria roadshow. In November it had a chassis number and was due early December. It then got stuck in Germany and arrived in the UK just before Christmas.

Thanks Ermintrude for the update. It seems to be one of the lucky ones built earlier but not got here & before all the latest build problems. It is probably a metallic paint too, which you cannot even get now. I am really surprised the dealer had not sold it pre the show so lucky you, enjoy it when it comes & post some photos 😊

Just checked with my dealer on our 640SLB a dealer order which was due November 2020 then January and now the Adria system says today a build start Beginning of February should be with dealer in March fingers crossed. :giggle:

C33JAY Under the new Adria system the dealer has access to 2 dates on the computer, one will be the expected date with the dealer, March in your case, and then 30 days before delivery the system shows a new amended more accurate date. It actually gives you dates. Mine was due November then January and now the date is 29/3/22 with a change when it is with 30 days to go. Ask them for your date rather than just March and see what they say.
Thanks for posting 😊

Just had a new guesstimate date for delivery of our Adria Twin.

Originally due in November, then in November said January. Then in December said 29 March but in January said 12 April, today said 29 May

I think it’s fair to say now no one really knows ☹️

Bummer. Are they holding to the price you ordered at?

Yes absolutely. It’s gone up about 10% since then too. The dealer is great I think this is all down to Fiat and their issues

Visited Highbridge yesterday and ours is still on schedule For March 2nd week according to the Adria system. Whilst looking at a few New Vans other brands we noticed 3 New Twins sitting on site 2x SLBs and 1 SGX very nice all Autos and all the same colour I think Lanzarote someone’s going to be happy 😃

My Sport 640 SLB has an estimated date of 17th May (Originally due in December). I'm hearing of greater delays than that so my date may well slip further back even more

Anyone who has one of the above 22 models on order has it arrived yet or do you have a firm date for it coming?
My SGX was due on the 1st March and now I’m told that Adria don’t even have the vehicle with them from Fiat so no idea about when for me

My 600 SPB was 'estimated' as mid-April, but now has slipped to now be 'estimated' for end May
Nightmare - I’ve just messaged my dealer. I’m not too worried but it does affect site bookings and leave from work that I keep cancelling!!

Sorry verysyking your first post suggested it was arriving in UK and above you said it was here, whichever it is you are the lucky one as many of us are still waiting, which dealer is it? 😊

We ordered our 2021 spec Adria Twin SLB in October 2020 for delivery in April 2021 and it finally came in late August 2021. We got all the spec and options we wanted and the dark grey paintwork as well as the new 9 speed auto box. A few minor teething troubles but it’s a great van and we are very happy with it

Update from my dealer for my Twin, ordered 5th July 21 is that it is due in September 2022! Original delivery was end of Feb 22

I've just been advised that my Dec '21 delivery date that was pushed back to May '22 has been pushed back again to July and that there's a significant possibility that that date will slip too due to ongoing situations.

I was told last week that my Twin 600, ordered last August delayed to Dec, then Jan, March and now June possibly. However the destruction of a factory in Ukraine producing wiring harness's will have an unknown effect. I've cancelled the order and will be picking up a S/H Twin from Alan Kerr next week then down to Van Bitz for alarms etc. It's our first van, I'm 71, and need to get on with life.

It's the same issues with all MHs. The body/coach builders are not getting the chassis from Fiat/Peugeot and the like.
As for delivery dates, for me it's a case of waiting for the call to advise it's in the dealers yard. Latest date ours was due in the dealers yard was last month. Who knows.
