A short winter trip to Scotland.

Day 5 Sun 9 Feb.

Topped up with water and on the road at 0930.
Called at Aldi & Morrisons, St Andrews for provisions and topped up diesel at £1.44/l.
Headed inland from Guardhouse on A91, through Cupar towards our next parking provided by Fife Council.

Lots of evidence of Storm Eowen, but the paths round the lochs were cleared...

There is a figure of eight walk around both lochs allowing shorter or longer routes.
Lots of birdlife including these which seemed to follow us all the way round...

Weather has taken a turn for the worse now. We were contemplating driving home in the morning so checked the weather to discover rain and fog for the M90/M. 8/M74 Central Belt. So decided to set off after supper.
Thats the versatility of Motorhoming!

Uneventful drive home on clear roads arriving late evening.

Monday morning, washing done, MH cleaned inside and out. BOTH cassettes emptied (y)

It's good to know that overnighting JCBers are welcome in Fife :ROFLMAO:

Thanks for the write up, we have always rushed past on the way to the Islands, but it looks like there is plenty to explore off the beaten track.
