I woke up this morning and opened the blinds to a view of the men’s outdoor urinal in Montreuil, didn’t like to take a photograph 😆 it was the very last space x
We were at Montreuil last Thursday night close to the toilet ::bigsmile:

It looks like that space will be gone soon according to the massive poster attached to the adjacent building.

My intention was recent - so last night or where you‘re camped spend tonight, not where you camped in 1942 or plan to camp in 2042.

Your lucky Concorde is not still flying😁
I had a contract for the drainage for Legoland when it was first being built and you could not mistake the noise from Concord , I think it was about 11-00am on the dot.

Seen it a couple of times when staying at Chertsey as tuggers.
 
Last night stopped at Gourdon, up in the hills north of Cannes.

Lovely little place and free to park but no facilities.
We had intended stopping in Monaco but after spending most of the day there decided it was time to move on. IMG_1851.jpeg

Boondocking at Walton Lake, YT, Canada.
The 1 horse died some years ago.
600 miles into 1,300 mile Alaska Highway then another 20,000 back and around the rest of USA.

All free and spent quiet nights at each of them.
 
Ferry from Scrabster, 7.4m Motorhome, 2 people; £124 one way.
No saving booking a return thus giving flexibility, come back when you feel like it!
 
Stopped at an Aire at St Maxime. 15 mins walk to the harbour then ferry over to St Tropaz.
Decided to stop here again tonight.

Around 15 other Motorhomes but space for about 30. All have the awnings, tables & chairs out so decided to join then. €12 a night.

Location for the storm scene in the 1970s film Ryan's Daughter.
Wind forecast is gusts over 50mph tonight. This might not be good, the vans already rocking. This really is going to be Wild Camping.

Walmart, Fairbanks, Alaska. Sun set midnight & rise 03:00. There are 20 other RV's/camper trailers here.
At the end of 9hr drive, some 10 mph very rough roads, completing Alaska Highway.
