A photo of the day thread

Forgot to add to above. There’s around 500mm of snow. If you step off the path it’s above the knee. It made walking very hard work if wanting to go where nobody else had walked.

Beautiful, and an old square baler in the foreground of the first photo.

Well, things are looking up! Lovely in Cornwall. First bbq of the year.

Don't know how to get more than one pic at a time up. So next 2 are part of this thread.

It was quite funny when we got to the tunnel because it has a turn in it and not being able to see the other end, we couldn't find the flashlight on our phones, it's about 90m 😲 I found mine in the end. 😁 Bob.

Exmoor mountain bike ride this morning passing over the bridge at Landacre a popular place in the summer for playing about in the water, too bloody cold today. Then onto Withypool which still has the old petrol pumps, sadly not used now though. Just over 27 miles and only saw four real peaple. The joy of Exmoor so much space so few peaple in winter. (y)

Walking my local beach where they are allowing a realignment and the sea is eroding the beach.
Lots of things starting to uncover including remnants from World War 2.
The beach was used for excercise Fabius 3 with Canadian Forces.
Today I found parts of tank tracks
