Luckily i got to go out there in 2003 , and live the dream, at least for a few weeks, was great fun. This was when Supermoto kicked off big time over there, and got to ride with some real cool guys..

Really need to make a poster out of this. Some Championships there..

Managed to find a bit of time to give our Motorhome and wash and quick coat of wax today. She sits in the shade so she took some drying off but has come up looking ok...
Put the 3" polisher over a couple of bits above the window by the extractor vent (by the rear awning light) that had been annoying me and thankfully it only needed a real light hit so it isn't obvious and saved me having to spend too long blending it in or having to do the whole side!

The location is the old Grassmoor Colliery in North Derbyshire which is now a country park and the old railway lines feeding it became the Five Pits Trail

I shall be returning there in June, for an annual long-weekend cycle tour around the Cherbourg peninsula. A highlight of my year.
