A good British built motorhome.

I had a nice chat with Arthur and his wife they seemed like a really nice couple. He told me the caravan cost him £600 and the Ford £2000.
That's a pretty cheap motorhome in anyone's estimation!
The drop sides on the van do drop down, the one on the caravan door side hides a slide out decking balcony with a set of wooden steps. The back and other side for storage.
I admire the guy for building something that's functional and roadworthy for him, his lady, two elderly rescue dogs and a couple of parakeets so that they can travel and enjoy the life. it may not be to everyone's taste but I like it. :)

I'd have thought you'd need to be fairly agile to climb up into that, disabled ?
Not all disabilities mean you can’t walk or climb steps.

Anyway, here’s an A class version. There’s a set of steps at the back.

Rear axle looks a little overloaded in that last photo I wonder if they have weighed it?

Naw!. Most of the one`s in use where like that. HMG are exempt from such small things as H&Safety. For example, Hospital Boilers are not a statutory examination. I`ve put them out of use before to-day, and they Could (theoretically) still run them!. H&SE can`t touch them.

I meant Swift not Sprint that was my fist van. It was so damp we had mushrooms every morning for breakfast, lunch was mushroom omelette mushroom soup for dinner and. Guess what we had for afters?

Now that’s a Safari go anywhere camper about 9 miles to the gallon

An extremely good example of recycling!
Wonder what it says on the V5? :)

Spotted at Chateau du Gandspette near Watten last year
