Never used it - I see you pay the £18.50 then pay for the 'app' - when Ilook on the app, it costs another £16.49 to unlock the full database, is this correct ?

I pay 18 pounds for the books and discount card and that's it.It saved 18 pounds last month on one site.BUSBY.
