Rally Chat 4 meets Scotland June/July 2017

Oh oh oh I so want to book up for these, but I don't know when I'll be getting my new moho :worried:

As space is at a premium for Millport and our bus is big, we would be happy to pull out and we'll find other places to visit In between Kelso and Falkirk if it helps squeeze others in. Let's see how many people put their names down first but the offer is there if it's needed.

Due to the high volume of interest and limited numbers at Millport I have found a replacement site that can take unlimited numbers. see here.

It comes highly recommended and even has a hall for use. You could always practice your ceilidh dancing there then you will be all set for Falkirk;)

Millport will be moved forward a few days and will be an activity event only. I am just waiting confirmation on this. Hopefully funsters will all show good fun spirit.
 
We were only down for Millport but we said no to the Kayaking so we will withdraw if the event is oversubscribed.
 
I'm not worried about the activity bit either so would be happy to go on the alternative to Millport(y)

Ok whilst travelling with limited internet just read last few posts yes we want to do activities so keep us still on Millport please x hoping to be home tonight but the way things are going not sure now after taking wrong motorway now running out of fuel :( just ain't our day
 
We really want to take part in the kayaking at Millport and it's where my mum used to go on her holidays when she was a wee girul in growing up in Glasgow, I've never been and would love to see the place xx

Crikey there is so much going on it's difficult to follow! It looks like being a wonderful month to be in Scotland.

Would it be possible to have a list of the dates and rallies please?

@Teasy2007 Just look under events at the top. Orkney is still being arranged so thread not open yet.

Millport 19-23 June
Vintage Bus Museum near Dunfermline 23 - 26 June
Falkirk 30 June - 3 July
Caithness 7-14 July (I think)

Where the finish date for one rally ends on the same day as the next rally starts there is time to get from one to the next :)

It is 3 to 4 hours drive from Kelso to Millport plus ferry.

YES HAD A FEW TRIPS OUT ON MY OWN ALSO BEEN ENGAGED ON HOUSE MOVE DIDNT THINK ANY ONE MISSED ME IM NOT A HIGH PROFILE CASE IN THE CAMPING WORLD..LOL..

I'm interested as I've signed up fir something already! Will have to check and see what as I'm getting a bit confused what with my age and all!(n)

Just a thought if I make it as far as Orkney wouldn't mind going to Sheltland as well, anyone fancy wild camping with me?
