Venue: Drax Sports & Social Club, Main Road, Drax, North Yorkshire, YO8 8PJ

Dates:
Arrive Thursday 31st July (after 9.30am).
Depart Tuesday 5th August.

Price: £90 per unit for 5 nights. (Fixed price)

Deposit Payment:
A ‘non-refundable’ deposit of £ 20.00 is required no later than Sunday 6th October . I will send you a PM with payment details.

You MUST ensure that your reference is your forum name when making your payment for both the deposit and balance payments.

Balance Payment: £70 required no later than 1st June 2025.

If the balance is not received by 1st June 2025, and we have had no written notification/contact as to why, then it will be assumed that you no longer wish to attend and your name will be removed from the list.

Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of any cancellation, your deposit will be given to charity.
