Not sure precisely what it’s called on their website but I am pretty sure it was the van version. Four cameras with switches to change views and change from vehicle battery to leisure and small monitor. As I say I didn’t bother with the hard drive.
They do a referral scheme if you want to go ahead pm me and we can split the discount

I DON'T THINK THEY LOOK TOO SHOUTY ;)!

Actually they don't upset me and I guess they act as a bit of a visual deterrent. Front does look a bit like a nose and alarming images if you pick up a fly on the lens.

Just a note for anyone thinking the cameras look a bit shouty, the funflair edition has colour matched cameras for the different panels.
Yes they are just a cast alloy casing Jon so easy enough to paint, I didn't fancy silver on our black front ;)

Sorry no offence intended, just pointing out to those with non silver MHs that they can be painted.

No offence received! Hence the comedic use of "shouty" capitals and the wink.

Takes a lot to offend me.

cheers

Baffles me how that 30 foot pole that the cameras point down from retracts so quickly when I get out of the car.

We had ours fitted by Motorhome retrofits in Dorset. Also had hard drive as well. It's hidden under the passenger seat on ours. It took a few attempts to superimpose an image taken by their drone, of Elsie, onto the system. But we think it looks great when moving along.

Also had initial problems with stop/start reseting the screen, but new wiring sorted it. There's a video of it fitted on their YouTube page.

Don’t be silly, everyone knows it’s taken from the NASA satellite orbiting the earth👍👍

Had ours for 5 years now , wouldn’t buy the hard drive recording again if replacing but would buy again and would have a display monitor on both sides as recent members have done

Good morning David can i ask why you wouldnt have the dvr agian ? I guess the only time it would ever come into play is an accident.

We have it fitted. Very professional bunch and the system works well. You get the default set images presented on the display and you can scroll through three alternatives as you are driving if you want another setting.
You get both 2D and 3 D images that allow you to view an aerial view of the van while you are driving.
Great for seeing what is in your blind spot. We are left hand drive and had a few near misses when joining motorways. I guess RHD would have the same problem in Europe.
You can also have a switch fitted to run as a surveillance system at night running off leisure batteries recording any intruders.
Never looked at recording yet but plan to by an SD card as couldn’t see the need for hard drive
Expensive but good.
Hi trying to work out which system you have fitted is it the Vtech ? Cheers

It’s archaic, needs to be physically removed from mounting to download and film quality not brilliant and I found the download / viewing software hard to use

The only time I have downloaded was an accident ahead of me where a car overtook us, then hit a tractor turning right about 50m ahead of us. Possibly would be better had the incident involved us, thankfully it didn’t, it also happened very quickly due to the speed of the car

It is likely the recording has been changed, my system is five years old 👍

I think you got in when it was all analogue David, the better Camos systems are HD digital now (y) not sure about the user interface with the recording though as we have not gone down that route yet.
