227 days till retirement - woohoo!

98 Days for me (after 25 years) if I decide to go!! Been waiting to be made redundant (golden handshake) but not sure that's going to happen, might just have to bite the bullet and leave!

Good luck with planning the trip (y)

Cheers AG all the best with your last days of wage slavery. A golden ticket out would make me a very happy bunny, I wish you every success!

:welc: Just realised its 135 days for me! Trying not to get too demob happy planning but we’re settled on a six week bimble around some of France as the first “non constrained” trip. A few jobs around the house to do first so it will be beginning of June before we can get away.

The days will fly by to your retirement.
I retired early 31st May last year and haven't looked back.
The freedom to travel when we want to with no restrictions is brilliant.
Enjoy your planning and welcome to Fun 😊

I thought that, but I was reminded we had grand children. In importance I am still way down the list. 3 grandkids, then 2 kids, then 2 parents, then 2 cats, then other (some people say) half, I say 80 %, then the home then cars and garden then her friends then me if there is time. Oh what a Alfa male life I lead.

You don't seem to be doing too bad on trips away this year and you take the cats with you ;)
