Sorry Guys,

How do I know how much solar power I have fitted as standard? I do not know how to use a multi meter tbh - will it say anywhere or in any of the multitudes of gobbledygook manuals that came with it?

Sorry to be a non-electrical Nube!

Mark

A picture of the panels on the roof and the solar controller could give us an idea. Often panels are added aftermarket so Oem spec is less likely to be correct.

Possibly a 100 watt solar panel ( if it was fitted by Pilote ).

It is usually on a label on the back of the panel.Otherwise measure it and look on the sites(eBay) that sell panels to compare sizes or post size on here

solar panels are putting out 200 to 230W per square metre, marketingwise. measure your panel and see what size it is and you will have a good idea of its rated output.

a 100w panel will be about 0.5msq
