If you can borrow a multimeter check that you have a 12v supply on both sides of the fuse or at least on the common 12v side.
I need to find the fuse first! Rimor have hidden it
Not sure if it’s already been mentioned, or even relevant, but the solar controller looks blank / dead In the picture? Could that have anything to do with it? Hope you get to the bottom of it.
No, working fine

Can't see one but thanks for the suggestion. Gave me some brief hope and excitement 😁😆😆😆
Fiat put the junction box for the converters connections in the ‘b’ pillar as mentioned.(if it’s a c class).

But they didn’t think of giving us an access cover or make it obvious that it lives there at all. You have to remove the factory fitted black plastic trim, which is held in place with screws, below the seatbelt reel and you’ll find a snake‘s nest of cables, relays and fuses stuffed in there……😱

It will look like that……but not as tidy

Probably more like this lot…..just stuffed in the hole 😱

More and more this is looking like a job for the workshop! I have visions of the bus stripped down to chassis while bits of bodywork get blown around Normandy!

Btw. Why is it called a b pillar?

Ok, so where is the a pillar?

It’s the front one up the side of the windscreen……👍🏼

You’ll find a rake of connections in that b pillar for the converters to connect things like the main battery connection to the cab battery in there (you might even find the 12v supply to the fridge element connects in there)……a D+ signal in there…..even connections in there to add rear speakers fed from the head unit.
IIRC all the connectors are in there on the motorhome chassis that they supply to the converters, to connect the rear lights etc to.

Like I said, depending on the converter…..it could look like a bowl of spaghetti in there.

I’m not saying the cause of your issue ‘IS’ in there……but there is more than likely fuses and definitely relays etc. in there and I thought I’d mention it to make others aware as Sasbo mentioned 👍🏼

A multimeter can cause more confusion in the wrong hands. TBH the digital meters are very cheap but a lot can be sorted with a simple test lamp, basically a bulb with two wires, any motor factor or somewhere like leclerc may well sell either.
Also i didnt realise until recently that the little metal holes in the back of the fuses enable you to run along them- when things aswitched on- and see which fuse heads are live on input and output so you can detect a blown fuse or holder as well finding if the feed is live or not.
If its not obvious and you can live with the shortcomings, dont let it spoil your holiday
You apparently have heat, light an engine and 4 wheels!

The front pillar adjacent to the wind screen is the 'A' pillar. The 'B' pillar is at the rear edge of driver/passenger door.

The ignighter for the hob, oven and heater are on a different circuit so they will still work with the hab power turned off. As stated there may be a fuse block in the B pillar. You will need to undo the top seatbelt bolt to get it off. Some converters put a smaller inline fuse for this circuit close to the leisure batteries separate from the main ones.
