Most of those that carry a car are either over or very very close to HGV, but ironically you can tow a car on a spindly a frame on a car licence. Doesnt make sense

Saw plenty of these genre of vehicle parked up long term in Spain this winter. Would have to be a coach based chassis (pusher) for me if I were going drop this kind of $ on a MoHo.
