Would everyone on the main list please start a conversation with us please? We need the following information from each of you to pass on to the showground.
- Full name of lead person
- Party size
- First names of others in the party with ages if under 18 please? Pets are welcome but we don't need the details.
NB: You only pay for the van. Additional adults and children and pets are free.
- Postcode
- Arrival date and number of nights.
- Anything else you think we should or might like to be aware of.

Please note that in addition to the fees paid to the showground, there will be a small charge levied to cover our expenses. I will advise details of this much nearer the time but it will be a few pounds each.
