Aire is under the viaduct at Dinan a wonderful medieval walled town not far from St Malo. The walk into the main town up a steep cobblestone hill is a “shlepp” for some but worth it. The walk around the “ramparts” has great views. Spend a day there and stay overnight. A few euros well spent.

This a small CL site in a very quiet setting by a working farm about 10 minutes walk on a no through road to village of Lea. Lea has a pub, but it's Arkell's so if you like your beer, maybe give it a miss, though there's a nice garden with play equipment. There is a footpath into Malmesbury...
Part of a campsite and they come round early evening or you can attend the hut to pay your 8 euros including water, its on sandy grassy and although flat reversing up to the edges may require blocks, walk through the tree line and youre on the beach, which wasnt enticing but it was blowing a...
An enclosed pay as you enter via barrier system, so make sure there is a space before entering and it is pretty tight. Probably used to be part of the municipal campsite and you get water and dump at the campsite next door which i made note was free. Hard grassy surface and a sort of park where...
This is a bit of a corker if you can get in.
First up the beach that it is adjacent to is a naturist beach, and it is a proper naturist beach, so if you were to put a costume on you would look extremely out of place, there are other beaches available.
Extremely well used beach and oversubscribed...
We didnt go much on this aire, it was 4 euros in a machine to get a ticket and then packed in like sardines, little chance of opening door, never mind stepping out or putting a chair out but there was some lawn to the rear, fair way to the beach but nice port and sea type things to look at
A slightly sloping aire on hard surface within a car park but designated motorhome parking and we stayed the night. Dont remember any water and it is a flat walk to the top of the cliffs past some really quite nice houses then down a wooden pathway to the beach. Free of charge and well used area
Large hardstanding free of charge aire with paying facilities by jeton available in the really quite nice boulangerie. Not a lot in the village but there were signs for another aire, but dont bother as this one is by far superior to a little car park.
possible to walk to the beach and very Q...
This is a great and unusual pub it’s part pub part museum, set right on the side of the Lancaster canal . It’s a 10 minute walk from the Bridge house marina caravan park and a 30 min walk from Claylands caravan park. It serves a good choice of real ales and the food is pretty good too.
Free aire, Flot Bleu services, EHU - pay in advance
Community run fuel station opposite, village a few minutes walk away
Short drive to Beau Village Conques
Interesting aire which is free and has water which i remember to be free, its a tad slopey and remember it as being hard sandy. Its part of one way system so careful which way you exit.
If you take a look at the map you can see it is very close to a beach and if you look further you can see the...
If youre passing this way, worth a stop to look at the serpent in the sea which looks different dependant upon the tide. Possible to park nearby for period to take photos.
A designated parking area with free water and gated entrance which is a flat walk to the beach in the town.
The town itself is very much Bognoresque in that it is full of shops selling inflatable dinghies but a couple of classy looking restaurants there as well.
There is a zoo and the best...
A very popular aire with designated parking spot and barrier entrance which was about 6 euros a night when we first went however the second visit we were met with a queue to go in which was quite big and that was in September,
If you can get in then the town is very touristy but it is not tacky...
Now this may work and it may not, but I actually did a facebook live update
Edit. It didnt work
Anyway, we toured the calanques from here and it cost 5 euros a night including water. Plenty of space and there was no noise from the kids at the skatepark. Its out of town. definite return for here...
Park where you want, free of charge, river for swimming just a couple of hundred yards away, sufficient shops in village, preferable to have a form of transport I would have thought.
looks like some caravans there in the photo from google but none while we were there, really quite pleasant...
Just about remember this one from a few years ago, it was as close to Marseilles as i would want to go and leave the van. We used it to visit les Calanques on a motorbike.
It is out of the way and gated but you have to know how long you want to stay upon entry and it was 4.50 a night.
