Thanks to all the muscle persons who helped bring the kit out to the car. We arrived home safe and sound with no overnight road closures for a change.

I hope nobody was expecting a party atmosphere later in the evening. It seemed as though, given the weather you have had, that people wanted the opportunity to socialise with each other. If I misread the situation, I apologise.

I thought the social club did us proud. Very helpful from the moment we arrived.

Looks like the weather should be much better today, drive safely all those moving on.

Great to catch up with many of you.

IMPORTANT A12 CLOSED AT COLCHESTER, SEVERE DELAYS, PLEASE TELL OTHER FUNSTERS ON RALLY.

suggest go via tiptree, Maldon, south Woodham ferrers to a130 if going south.

M25 junction also seems to have issues on a12.

Safely home. A12 was generally OK, certainly not closed at late morning. M25 was another story near Enfield and then the normal car park of the Western side.

Twas a great meet, even if I did hide from mucg of it with the lurgy. If there is a next time I'll have to venture beyond the village high street

Thanks again Dave & Yvette for a brilliant meet at a lovely venue.. also to Rob & Lee for their marshalling skills. We didn't attend the Friday evening shindig but sure it was good with Robin doing the honours.
