Swift 664 Distinctio
Afternoon everyone,

My first time posting on the forum. It’s great to be somewhere with like minded people who enjoy motorhoming. This is only my second year and I’m already on van number 2. My first was a great van but totally unsuitable for us. As I’d never motorhomes before I had no idea what to look for. My dealer agreed to swop the van for my current Swift 664 Distinction.

I wonder if I could ask for some advice. The van has no carpeting in the living area. I’ve looked online but can’t seem to find anyone who fits them. Any I do find want to use existing ones as a template, which of course I can’t supply!

Any help gratefully appreciated

We used a local independent carpet retailer when we replaced ours. He was very reasonable as he used off cuts and then sent them off to have the edges finished.

Welcome....

Welcome, cant help with the carpets, as we used our swift with assorted very young grandchildren, we took the carpets up as easier to keep clean. Next van had carpets rolled up in the garage when we bought it, they went from there to home garage back to van garage when we sold it.
Present one came without carpets, with all 3 we used runners or bath mats when we felt we needed the added comfort on a cold floor in the morning.
Cardboard template is a good idea, or try asking Swift if they have the measurements you need. Found them helpful in the past, but that may have changed.

Thank you. That’s certainly worth a try!

Thank yes indeed the cardboard template is a good idea. I did try Swift but they weren’t very helpful I’m afraid.

We purchased hard wearing rugs from Dunelm.
They have various sizes we purchased 3.
You can take them out and brush them.
Brilliant for the dog!
