Booked the tunnel with Tesco vouchers for April out/late May back. Only thing we couldn't pay for with vouchers was the dog cost which makes me think they have sub contracted the pet checking (?). Queuing with wingeing pets and owners noted and we will see how it affects future trips as that certainly doesn't happen on the ferries. Perhaps when Macron loses out to le Pen common sense might prevail and we can get pet passports re-instated.

Same with ferry, you have to pay real dosh for pet travel, and the staff scan the pets at check-in, so can't equate that to subcontracting.
