Cheap Truma Regulator with crash sensor

I was looking for a spare regulator for the van and and found these Truma Regulators with crash sensors at half price from here- https://www.gasit.co.uk/truma-monocontrol-cs-8mm-c/w-elbow.html
They also have the 10mm version.

There is a very good reason those regulators are around half price.
Ask the age before purchasing.
Fine as a spare possibly but we always state the age on older stock .
