Hi all recently bought a lunar roadstar 780 w reg there is a pressure gauge in the garage what is this for please we are all new to this !

Does it have air bags on rear axle if so thats to increase or decrease air pressure

As above, it's most likely to be for semi air suspension on your rear axle.

Have a look where your rear axle is bolted to the rear spring and you should see an airbag like the photo if you have semi air suspension fitted.
