Quite cheap for an evening meal in France.
In France last year went out on my Birthday, bill was €100 my wallet is still recovering.

Well worth it I'd suggest - unique as far as we know. It's a UNESCO world heritage site.

Just realised it’s going in the wrong direction when we get back to Bari. So will include it in a longer (6 week) trip next summer

Tuesday - and breathe !

Today we arrived in Igoumenitsma at 6:00am and drove 12km to Elenas beach CC12501.

The campsite is right by the sea and we’ve been lucky enough to secure a beach front position

We had a great lunch at the on site restaurant. A simple Greek salad, swimming in olive oil, followed by grilled lamb chops and grilled veggies. All washed down with 1.5 ltr of red wine.

After a well earned siesta Sis and I had a cooling dip in the sea

Tonight we’re having a bbq on the beach. Burgers and coleslaw


But first were sitting here watching the sun go down, enjoying a sundowner - a wonderful day in indeed.

Don't forget what I said: "Tessera biera megali parakalow". The only Greek you need to know, unless you are a wine drinker

We stayed somewhere near where you are, a real scruffy site only went there because we got moved on from the beach.
