Autosat 2s won’t lock on

Haven’t used this it this year as we were in the US.

The antenna goes up and is set to Astra 2 but won’t lfind and lock on to satellite. Lots of turning and whizzing round but eventually satellite not found

Help - away for Christmas and a bit of tell6 would be handy ,

Hi there. Sat 2 has been updated twice this year! Settings required to update would be the way forward. Just had our system done at Conrad In Birmingham at £40.

Still no Christmas telly for us. Oyster instructions didn’t help. Need Crystop parameter settings. Anyone?

Non of the "dealers" seem very interested in Crystop systems from my inquiries

I had a problem with ours earlier in the year and e mailed them direct and got a reply from the MD within the hour!

we have a Crystop 2s,just been out to the van and Astra 2 on ours is on

freq 12207
sr 27500

Try locking on Astra 1 and then swap to 2 it usually works

We also have a Crystop Autosat 2s and the software hasn't been upgraded since 2015 have not experienced any problems with it acquiring Astra 28.
Roadpro at Daventry are Crystop agents and may be able to help if you cant solve your problem

Yes, bought it from them - at ho,e art the moment and back in the van on New Years Eve so will try it again then and if no luck will get road pro on the case.

Are you sure it isn’t an issue with the LNB
Per my previous post , we haven’t had a software upgrade since 2015 and ours is working just fine .
Away over Christmas and no problem acquiring Astra 28
