Will we get our wheels wet with the bore?
No but it's really fascinating to watch. See the pole in the corner look how far up the water comes.

Ive only heard of the Severn bore, I didn't know other bores were available;)

What's weirder Debs is when you can lie on the car park ground , lean over and feel the water. It wasn't cold funnily enough.

Are you going to see the castle Peter?

Please don't take this the wrong way I'm not meaning to be a smart arse but high tide changes time daily

No not at all, I won't think that.

It varied when we were there, thought maybe it was roughly the same . We had 3 lunchtimes. Maybe half hr variation.

I'm not a fisherman but I'm sure it moves roughly 1/2 hour each tide.

we are going to stop off there on our way up to Falkirk, not been before but looks too good not to (y)

useful info on wifi Sandra thanks (y)

and yes to tides move roughly 30minutes per tide, we used to get tide timetables when we stopped down the way at Gatehouse of Fleet, is always amazed me how much change in depth (height) there is as well

just found this, seems to say tide times are not quite as predictable as I said, not half hour in all locations o_O

@DavidG58 if you let me know when your here I might let you buy me a drink. It's a lovely location I'd use it if it wasn't so close.
