3F's Drax Rally 1st - 6th Aug 2024 - 5 Nights.

Venue: Drax Sports & Social Club, Main Road, Drax, North Yorkshire, YO8 8PJ

Dates:
Arrive Thursday 1st August (after 9.30am).
Depart Tuesday 6th August.

Price: £85 per unit for 5 nights. (Fixed price)

Deposit Payment:
A ‘non-refundable’ deposit of £ 20.00 is required upon booking. I will send you a PM with payment details and then your name will be added to the attendee list once your deposit is paid.

Your booking will not be confirmed until your deposit is received. If your deposit is not received then it will be presumed that you no longer wish to attend.

You must ensure that your MHF forum name is marked as a reference when making your payment for both the deposit and balance payment.

Failure to do so could result in your payment not being recorded.

Balance Payment:
£65 required no later than 1st June 2024.

If the balance is not received by 1st June 2024, and we have had no written notification/contact as to why, then it will be presumed that you no longer wish to attend.
We will not be sending any reminders - put it in your diary ;)

Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of any cancellation, your deposit will be given to charity.

Facilities:
Elsan point.
Please arrive with water on board. Water is available but hoses are not allowed to be connected to the tap, so bring a vessel to carry water to your van for topping up.
Showers and toilets are available in the main building.

We have sole use of the Concert room.
The room has a bar with social club prices. This does mean that all alcohol consumed in the room has to be purchased on the premises.

Sunday Carvery. Choice of meats. Vegetarian option available. To be booked and paid for direct with the venue over the weekend of the rally.
Bar food/snacks available most days.

Free full hog roast buffet
Free BBQ Burger - If you are veggie, please let Lisa know before the rally.


EHU - is NOT available but we will have access to a generator for medical purposes only.

Entertainment:
Our music will be supplied by the fantastic professional DJ's Dyna-Mix, those that have been before will tell you how great Rob and co are at getting the dance floor filled.
Option for quizzes, games, Raffle etc to be confirmed nearer the time.

All evenings - music by Dyna-mix

Friday evening - The Moondogs.
A young, vibrant 3 piece cover band recreating the sights, sounds and raw energy that defined the 50's and 60's.

Saturday evening - Lee Lard
The UK's No.1 Peter Kay tribute act and stand up comedian.

Sunday evening - Live Act - to be confirmed.

Monday evening - Open mic, free and easy.

Raffle - There will be a raffle running over the duration of the rally, any prizes donated will be gratefully received.

Dogs are welcome on site, but MUST be kept on a lead at all times, No exceptions. Please clean up after them. They will not be allowed into the main building (sorry!) but they are allowed at the seating area outside the club house.

MHF Membership:
Only paid-up members of Motorhome Fun are allowed to attend this rally.


Visitors:

Visitors are allowed on site during the day, however they must depart by 6.00pm latest.
The name(s) of visitors must be given to the stewards prior to arrival.
Visitors must report to the stewards on arrival.

Please do not book for this rally if you are not happy, disagree, or can’t comply with the above.
