Managed to drive the 300 miles to see my son for the first time in a year. Ok so we camped on their drive, running on gas and 12v all went well and enjoyed the weekend. Managed over 600 miles on one tank full, down to the last light on the fuel gauge now, cruised at 60-70 no problem. Left foot is painful due to using a clutch, that will be resolved by getting an Auto-Clutch fitted. My on the spur of the moment buy just gets better and better. Going to tour Devon and maybe Cornwall once the schools go back.

That's our plan as well! Wait until the madness dies down a bit. Hopefully, there won't be a local lockdown there then.
