itsbrutal but appears to be working
hubby has blood tests coming up as he cant have an op cos sugars too high so it called for drastic action
am slowly getting used to it (no snacking and no comfort food , hes the cook and weve had some very tasty meals…. Carb less (for now ), i cant believe its working and keep thinking its just water, but only eat between 12 pm and 6 pm and have two meals a day, i wont do it for ever but hubby needs sugars lowering and we both need weight off

The weights not coming off fast . But it’s staying off and my body is toning up. Once I’m in the 13’s I’ll feel a lot better and even better when I hit my 13.7 target .
