We are experiencing yet another problem with our new Adria Matrix 670, unfortunately.

This time, it is an issue with the diaphragm water pump. When using a tap, the flow of water continuously pulses as the pump turns on for about two seconds and then switches off again for another two seconds. We can hear a switch clicking during each pulse.

I have spoken to our dealer who thinks it’s a faulty pressure sensor, and they want the van back to investigate and fix (along with a growing list of other issues), however we are currently in Europe for another 5 weeks and the flow pulsing is getting worse.

I’m concerned that the pump might fail so has anybody experienced this issue, or have you got any ideas how/if this can fixed whilst we are in Europe?

Any thoughts and suggestions much appreciated.

Thanks

Is it fitted with a pressure dampening chamber... if not IMO it should be...
If it is it may need recharged with air..

Unless that yellow coloured chamber in the photo is a dampening chamber, I don’t think there is one.

It seems odd that Adria hasn’t fitted one as standard.

Motorhoming since 2018.
The yellow chamber is the actual water pump. the expansion vessel (white bottle shaped) B Pipework.JPGIMG_9758.JPGshould be fitted adjacent to the pump. see attached image of our previous 670 SL.
