The problem is these are file extensions and lots of software will automatically convert these to links.
So you may see a file called setup.zip and think you are opening a local file but are actually downloading a file from https://setup.zip (do not click).
These are called collisions and ICAN will usually avoid them. But in this case they stated because it is a different type of collision they will allow it.
So. Please be careful around links with either .mov or .zip in them as they are now also internet domain extension and may cause a file to download remotely rather than using a local version.
