We're planning on driving down to Turkey (probably as far as Canakkale) visitng friends in Bulgaria as we go. We're not tied to 90 days (Irish passport) so time is not limited and generally only like to travel around 150-200 miles a day max. Which is the best route - via Bosnia or via Romania? We will spend around a couple of weeks or so in Turkey, then coming back via Greece, Albania, Montenegro, etc. Any tips for stopovers, must-sees etc very welcome. TIA

When I did some work in Bulgaria our trucks shuttled stuff back and forth between uk via Romania, Hungary and Austria.
