Truma C6002EH problem (1 Viewer)

Basically my heating fails and I get the dreaded red gas fault light.
This has been an intermittent problem since I purchased this MH last year.
I found that it would work if I ‘tapped’ the little blue spark generator box, so I’ve now replaced it with an aftermarket unit, but still only works very occasionally.
When I turn it on, the burner fan comes on, a little time later there is a click from one of the gas valves, then the spark generator starts to click, I can hear the gas ignite every time the igniter clicks but it seems it does not stay alight so faults after a few ignition attempts.
Any ideas? Fridge and cooker work fine on gas

We recently (yesterday) had problems with our Truma Combi and our dealer was not verry helpful so we phoned Truma direct. They were extremely heelpful and talked us through the re-boot process. \in about 15 minuted it was all sorted - NO Charge!
we used phone number 01283 587 960 and asked for the technical department from the options list

I emailed them, in the speedy reply, they quoted a few possible causes but would not consider even looking at it as it’s been obsolete since 2007, even though my MH is 2009
