Three Data SIM cards (1 Viewer)

I have just bought two data SIM cards (1Gb PAYG) each. I have searched this site for an answer to a couple of questions I have:
A) can I change SIM cards when in France or do they have to be set up first in the UK?
B) I can use them in France no problems, that I have understood. What happens when I move on to Spain? Will they die or can I still have some use from them?
They only cost £6 each including a dongle. The salesman said they cannot give dongles away as everyone uses a mifi device for mobile broadband.

Just came back our 3 sim worked in a tethered phone but wouldnt in the mifi dont know why

our 3 sim worked great in the mifi in france, didnt have to set up,,,just turned it on....sorry dont know about spain.......

Will work in Spain but will eat your data is what I found should be able to swap to second sim ok.
Why not get a 3gb data sim on ebay last 90 days or 3gb whatever comes first.approx £15.
