We went through Rouen at about 10:30 this morning, then down the N154 to Orleans saw a number of police cars speeding about blue lights flashing and others station on roundabouts. We thought something was up but no hold ups.

I came through the toll gate at Incarville yesterday afternoon,but on the other side of the peage. Wondered what all the blue lights and mass of police vehicles were for. Moments later heard about it on BBC 6 news . Coppers were super surly at Dieppe today when searching the van, they're usually quite chummy .

a detailed and deliberately very aggressive attack. I suspect their escape from France is as effectively planned and if they have not already been located then they will undoubtedly be long gone.

Or with local knowledge of the A13 A154 situation where dreadful incident took place yesterday.
Is the road open?
Planning to do it tomorrow afternoon.

Going from Calais to Evreux Chartres area.

A28 to Rouen D18E to Oissel area
A13 south to N154 and south on A154.
Thus through the peage junction.
