I made this recipe this evening. It was delicious.

The only change is that I used 500g of haricot beans - I used my pressure cooker to cook them in veg stock but will try canned beans next time - faster and cheaper. I also added a small chili.

The recipe claims to feed 10 but I think that 6 is more realistic (without mash potatoes or anything else). I used 8 sausages instead of the chipolatas.

Do you have any recommendations for recipes?

That looks nice but I think for two we would cut the quantities down a tad. As it stands it would feed a dozen.

I guess it could be tweaked a bit, adding some fried bacon and chorizo instead of the sausage. Or add a bit of pasta and so on. Prawns perhaps...

It suggests 10. I think 6 if that is all that is eaten. Maybe 8 with bread.

I think that the bacon would be different but tasty. The chorizo we used was 3/4 of a U-shaped mild chorizo.

Pasta would be nice too. Prawns might be lost in the flavours.
