Like the idea of keeping the knives in a box of cat litter. I always think anything in a motorhome should have more than one use. 
Regarding the OP ours is a Smev oven, its in the place of your middle drawer and is externally vented by a Dometic type fridge vent thingy. Just to add to the confusion, there are still two drawers under the oven.
