We recently ported two numbers over to Popit.
Currently in the Netherlands and we cannot make calls. Data roaming is fine.
When we try to ring any number we get the message “You do not have access to this number”. This happens on both phones.
Popit said they reset my calls and to turn the phone off and on but the problem persists. They haven’t replied for a few hours.
Has anyone else encountered this problem.
