Problem with Popit Sim (1 Viewer)

We recently ported two numbers over to Popit.
Currently in the Netherlands and we cannot make calls. Data roaming is fine.
When we try to ring any number we get the message “You do not have access to this number”. This happens on both phones.
Popit said they reset my calls and to turn the phone off and on but the problem persists. They haven’t replied for a few hours.
Has anyone else encountered this problem.

Sorry it may seem obvious but you are putting 0044 before number and dropping the 0.

Yes. Never had this problem before.

Where they working fine in the UK and had been fully ported before you left?

Have you tried removing the SIM and then restarting?

UPDATE ..
Our sims defaulted to NL KPN where the data stream was excellent 5g. However calls were not possible.
The other options were Vodafone NL where calls were still not possible but data was good.
T Mobile which this morning has now changed to Odido seems to work OK.
To sum up it is a carrier issue.
Hopefully may be useful for someone.
