Went to Sycamore farm ln Cheshire for my old DAs 110 th birthday bash and Poppy won best in show at the dog show she's proper chufed

I'm always puzzled about how they make (and agree) those cross-breed /dual heritage names. I mean, what's wrong with pooderd? poodherd? or pooman? Who arbitrates?
