We only imagine the disappointment after all the training and previous events you have entered.
You are still doing bloody well, humans aren't really designed to live beyond their 40s and you're still running about the place like a 20 year old!

At least you have Nikki to look after you whilst you are hobbling about the house!:thumb:

We the taxpayers don't mind paying your sick pay if you can't get back to work for a few days!

Paul I know you will be feeling a little disappointed at this moment but think of what you have achieved 42 miles that's some going I will probably collapse at the end of London never mind run another bloody 16 miles.
