I am looking to fit a maxxfan in place of a reims skylight. Has anyone retrofitted the reims blind to fit with the maxxfan?

No, but we used the Maxxfan's own blind. I don't think you would be able to retrofit a reims blind as the Maxxfan takes up all the space used by the old skylight that we (or rather our "man") took out.

Yes. The frame needs a bit of trimming , but it does work well. Do a search a few people have done it.

I also retro fitted my blind and agree with Howard B needed a bit of trimming but looks really good once done.
