Any one else having difficulty getting through to Le Shuttle (Eurotunnel)? Web site seems to be down and telephone not being answered.

Has anyone noticed the change on the Eurotunnel app? I’m having to log in TWICE just to get a booking quote, all the graphics seem different! Or is it me🤷‍♂️🙄 Ps I couldn’t get a booking, kept throwing me out giving me a number to ring!

I think it is because the special, luxury, executive carriages are not quite ready for selected customers i.e Carthago owners. I believe if you want cattle class no problem. They only had to change the straw and soak the grey water up.

Now that's wierd.....another Carthago owner here, and we had problems yesterday logging in Password reset via the website didn't work (contacted them via Twitter to reset rather than calling). Mostly working fine since, though still not on Chrome. Edge, Firefox, and the Android app are OK.
