Just got one of these, anyone worked out how to factrory reset?

Thanks Robert, tried thatca number of times, failed, looked at the support pages, no help, no hardc reset button, it's going back to amazon.
Looking at some reviews it's had some issues.

Does it have the little pinhole for a reset? Our box is a different model but has a teeny hole for a pin to reset it.

Our three different models (e5331s, e5573s and e5577s) all have a reset button under the back cover at the side of the battery.
On that basis I would have thought your e5576s would also?

Just checked. It would appear there is a pin hole on the side of the e5576 to enable reset.

I have one and the reset button is under the back cover at the side of the battery. A tiny black button with very hard to read 'reset' by the side.
