How far is the roller blind meant to go down?

Ours only goes down about 1/3 of the screen. Wondering if it just acts as a sun visor or if it also offers privacy when parked up (which would mean it needs to go down all the way).
TIA

Ours went right up and down, cant recall any safety device to stop you putting it right down when driving. šŸ¤”šŸ˜
Maybe Gaz could say, he has had one for years, we sold ours in 2013. šŸ™‚ Bob.

The electric front blind on our Hymer has a safety stop which is about a third down so if pressed by accident whilst driving you don't have a black out! There is a manual swivel lever on each upright to the blind.

Thanks all - so we have a problem with ours. Pity - not had good service from the agent that sold it to us. I might need to speak to Euramobil to get help.

Euromobil used to provide good service.
The blind should close completely, but there may be something in operation to stop it 'early'.
