Are these new issues or have you just bought the van and it has these problems?

We had similar electrical issues on our 2017 740 we bought about a year ago. In the end called out an auto electrical engineer who discovered that the van had never been wired correctly from new. All problems fixed and thankfully it didn’t cost too much!

The D+ signal from the alternator output may be missing, check near the starter battery for a 2 amp fuse (which may be near a 20 amp fuse).
There also could be a separate Schaudt fuse/relay (PLT02 ?) module near the EBL that has these fuses within it.

Hi thank you for these informations PLT02 is tested and ok, 2A and 20A fuses are ok too. And you are saying there is another fuse near the battery of the truck ?

I do not know of other fuses if they are already at the PLT02 , but it may be worth checking at the starter battery area anyway.
There is a Fiat Ducato converters manual in the Resources section on the top blue line of this page that you can download , it is on page 4 of Manuals for Motorhome stuff and it has details of the Coach builders connection socket and its location that may be worth checking in it at section 3.14 of the manual as it could relate to your problem.
You may find this connection point behind a panel at the bottom of the right hand cab door pillar.

find the relay that closes the step, this will probably control the fridge too, wire it across to test and then replace if faulty

The step and the fridge not working do sound like the D+ signal not being present. This should be related to the engine battery. Have a look for a low amp fuse near the engine battery ( 1 or 2 amp)

I cannot see the central locking being related to this.
