Hi we are off to Croatia in a few weeks and only just found out we need a certificate of conformity which we don't have in our paperwork. We are hoping to avoid the tolls through Austria but it looks like we should have this paperwork regardless. We have a Hymer Fiat, have you recently had to get this certificate and how did you get it ? The trouble with Hymer there is no UK number its all in Germany. We have sent them an email asking for help. I will try Fiat today to see if they can help. Also seen this morning online a converter COC ?? has this superseded the COC ? and if so, is this the paperwork i should be asking for, not sure what the difference is , can you advise please. TIA

A few years ago now, and it was for Austria, but I got in touch with Fiat in the UK and for about £35 they sent me an “official “ letter stating the emissions. I sent a copy of this to the Austrian go box people for entry into their system and all was good, apart from the ridiculous toll charges. I can’t remember who I contacted at Fiat, but if I do I’ll come back with the info.

Swift Kon-Tiki 599 S
Just contacted Swift as we do not appear to have CoC for our Kon-Tiki.
Should have been provided by the dealer.

Quote "The vehicle should have been supplied with three CoC’s from Fiat, Al-ko and Swift.
Our CoC states that the Fiat (Stage 1) and Al-Ko (Stage 2) CoC’s are attachments to the our CoC."

You don't HAVE to have a COC for the Go-Box, you would just be charged for Euro1/2
So around €0.27 vs €0.22 per km
