We purchased our first ever Motorhome from Fullers and have nothing but positive praise for them.

Yes, it is a bind to have to go back to their depot for any snagging under warranty, but, I guess most people travel a long way from home to purchase from their home address. We try to combine this with a trip away, or, utilise their free courtesy car if we have to leave it with them.

From purchase to handover, everything went very smooth.

In my opinion, where Fullers excel, over and above, is the after sales backup. The service manager Nathan is an absolute gem, and Fullers would do well to look after him. He has been very sympathetic to all my calls and niggling queries, and nothing has been too much trouble to him. Not once, has he shirked his responsibilities and tried to fob us off, and has empathy in abundance to our needs.

I have no reservations whatsoever to go as far as to say that we may purchase our next MH from them, (subject to a decent trade in part ex value which at the moment, I cannot comment on).

We purchased our used Bessacarr E562 from Fullers earlier this year, they have been great from sales, handover to warranty claims (no questions asked all inclusive warranty)

I would buy from them again and will be the first place I look if we replace our current motorhome.

Their 6 month guarantee is worthless if your travelling since they insist that repairs must be done by them at their depot. They reneged on their original agreement after three weeks wait offering me £1000 less for the trade in. Had to return vehicle due to faulty regulator they replaced it with an inferior type. This company is not to be trusted.
