Now at a CP by the beach near Puntas de Calnegre a bit remote drove through miles of plastic greenhouses to get here.

Let’s have a guess at the drinks . I am going to be rubbish at this .
Beach drinks €6.75
Not bad, €7, beach bars are always a bit more expensive.

gus-lopez , EuroTrotters , Hi guys remind me which banks don't charge for withdrawals, might need a bit of cash.
Unusually today in Benidorm. I went to a currency exchange and changed £80 for €uros at €1.11 to £. (€88.80 is what we got)

Walked down the road and saw it at €1.13 to the £. (So would have been around €90.40).

Drawing £80 converted to €uros today would have resulted in €89.31 (ignoring the weekend conversion fee).

But, drawing that out from a Banco In Spain would involve charges.

So saved a few euros

Had a walk along to the village not much there about 6 houses 3 of them with beach bars/restaurants on the back.
Beach bar near us much nicer so retired there.
Mi tried an Asiático coffee a speciality of the area, has brandy & No. 43 in it.

Went around to the other side of the Lagoon to Los Alcazares.
Super free camper stop even got some shaded bays.

A bit of a problem the land between the stop and the lagoon is military so no access. Also road a bit noisy and near an airport so only stopped for lunch and had a walk to town and along the prom.

A disused military base nearby was a seaplane base from 1915 until the civil war.
