Please Please Please let me know ASAP if for any reason you can't make it - since I have the whole restaurant booked - don't want to let them down!

I have arranged free temporary membership at the social club for the Friday night, and they will have an extra barmaid on to ensure we are well looked after - the booze is very cheap!
**Basic food can be available between 6.30 and 9 (stuff and chips - Burger, sausage, lasagna, pie etc) from £4 -6 but please let me know in advance!
They won't cope with 36 asking for grub all at once and probably won't have enough in!
Also - it will be fine to take any musical instruments into the club should you so desire!

Saturday night for the meal - smart dress please!
Can still be 'smart casual' but come on - lets make the effort!
Dress to impress I would suggest wellies, crocs and fleeces are most certainly off the menu

I was trying to resist this one - 3oo mile round trip for a Saturday evening meal seemed a bit excessive. But a wonderful meal in such charming company - I can't resist any longer!

Put us down - two for meals both Friday & Saturday please.

Yes a similar journey for me but a part of England I don’t get to see and as you said the company is priceless.
i think others have a much longer trip and it will be nice to meetup again.

I think my DJ is still somewhere in the back of the wardrobe, but I don't intend to disturb it's retirement. Anyway, it's too lightweight for a walk through a cold November evening.

I should be able to manage a jacket though. I might even pack a tie. Whether I'll actually wear it or not might be a late decision. I did swap the faithful Craghoppers for a 'proper' pair of trousers for the Sat night at Southport, so I'll try not to let the side down at T-le-S.
