- Go to facebook with any (mobile) browser and login.
- Go to the post and look for the date or time its in grey under the posters name
- Now you can right click and copy the link address. OR Click on the link,
- The browser will go to the new page.
- You can copy the url from the browser address bar (see image)
- Come back to the forum
- Find the drop down with the three dots … and choose Media
- Paste the URL into the pop up box
