Yes, plenty of people do it. Yes, they’re convenient. But they’re also the most common places where gas attacks happen—and where actual theft from vehicles is known to occur. So the best advice to avoid a Motorhome gas attack is to not sleep on Motorway Aires.

Lock Up Tight

Tired travellers sometimes leave windows open and doors unlocked. Big mistake. The gassers can’t believe their luck.

Secure Your Doors (Properly)
